Ideal Weight For You - So What Is The Ideal Weight For Your Height And Frame?

There seems to be a gigantic gap between what women think their ideal body weight is as opposed to what the figure is according to a medical doctor. When you look at your height & your frame, the number of pounds that are healthy for you is probably a higher number than you're shooting for if you are dieting. I know that the weight I seem to believe is what I want is indeed lower than what my doctor is telling me. However, I do realize that as long as I'm healthful that I'm doing the right thing, and if that last ten or so pounds aren't a problem for my healthcare professional then perhaps I shouldn't worry about it too much.
